Microsoft Outlook 2000 -
Open Outlook 2000, and click on Tools then Select Services. - Click Add, Select Internet Email & click Ok.
- Under Mail Account Properties, General Tab Mail Account - Ref Name of your choice, eg."ChillNet Mail" User Information Name, Your Name, Organization, Optional Email Address,

- Reply Address

- Click on the Servers Tab and type "mail.chillnet.co.za" as the Incoming (POP3) Mail Server.
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP): The one of your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
- Account Name: Your Complete email Address for example:

and your email password.
- Click on the Connection Tab Select Connect Using My Phone Line, Under the Modem Option: Use the following Dial up Networking Connection - Select your ISP connection and click Apply & Ok.
- Close Outlook & Re open Outlook for the changes to take effect.
- You are now ready to send and receive Your Mail.
